The Company was established in November 1986 by Mr. Stavros Kiriacoulis, Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis and Mr. Theofanis Kiriacoulis and it runs under the Greek Laws 2190/1920 (Companies Act), 3182/2003 and 438/1976 as it was amended by the Law 2743/1999. The Company's registered office is situated in the municipality of Alimos-Attica at 7 Alimou Ave.
The Company’s objects, according to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders, dated November 25, 1999, are the following:
  • To exploit its own yachts (passenger / goods transportation, towing by ships).
  • To establish offices or branches and to be represented abroad.
  • To participate in existing or newly established companies.

    In particular, the Company’s principal activity is the exploitation of its own yachts. The Company’s fleet consists of 3 different categories of yachts:
  • Sailing yachts: vessels, mainly propelled by sail, equipped with an auxiliary motor.
  • Catamarans: sailing yachts, which have two floats (hulls).
  • Motor yachts: vessels, which at any time are propelled by a motor of any kind.

    The above yachts have total length up to 16 meters and they do not have permanent crew.

    The Company in order to provide to its customers the option of chartering yachts from different geographical places in the Mediterranean Sea, the option of one way trip where the departure port is different from the arrival port, as well as a 24 hours a day technical support, it operates 20 yacht and customer service points, both in Greece and abroad. In particular, these service points are mainly located within marinas, whenever possible, and they are used to meet the needs of the customers and to maintain the yachts.

    As the following figure depicts the Company has:
  • 8 service points in Greece (Athens, Rhodes, Kos, Paros, Lefkas, Corfu, Skiathos, Kalamata)
  • 7 in Italy (Elba, Piombino, Palermo, Portisco, Carloforte, Agropoli, Marsala)
  • 3 in Croatia (Pula, Zadar, Split)
  • 1 in France (Bormes les Mimosas) and
  • 1 in Turkey (Marmaris).
